PEPE JEANS : So I have this friend. He is in a boy band. He respects my opinion on fashion &hair. So I am always on the look out for new stuff for him. So I was lookingthru the new Teen People and see these vinyl jeans with a hint of glitter & waslike I have to tell him. They look very unisex & hip.So he is all happy and I tell him check out pepejeans.com and he does & likeswhat he sees. The thing is no store locator on the site. Doing a search andeverything I find is in the uk with no online store, in spanish or german.I would think the line is carried at Macys but he said he never saw it there.He works at Macys so I guess he should know. So anyone have any info on PepeJeans? If the pepe jeans are a no go has anyone seen loose fit vinyl jeans? All I findare skin tight vinyl and hardly any jean/vinyl. Money is really no prob withhim....so anything you can toss my way is cool.....

Money isreally no prob with> him....so anything you can toss my way is cool.....lip service makes a five pocket vinyl jean. the fit doesn't appear tobe skin tight. comes in shiny and in matte, and probably colors. lipservice is de rigeur in all the hip mall shops, but remember the hyphenin the web address: lip-service.cominternational male (which is in the FAQ) also has a wide range of vinyland leather, but the fit does tend to be more snug. their vinyl andthe like tends to be more glam.the diesel shop in georgetown had vinyl pants, but i didn't get a closelook at them.i've completely forgotten what part of the US you're in, so i can'tsuggest nonnational sources. a couple of weekends ago, i was out inthe hip shops in deecee. the big thing in them was fuzzy pants--pantsmade out of the same stuff as those animal print cowboy hats. supercool.lip service does have them, but in prints, not plain black. a coupleof other manufacturers/designers had them too.

The counter has been taken down and that entire corner of thestore is being remodeled to become a Tommy store. Tommy will bring usclothes, fragrance, makeup (what does he know about makeup?), shoesand who knows what else so little Tommy clones can be reproduced to goall over our San Joaquin Valley. But Estee Lauder owns the Tommy fragrance line and I suspectthey are producing the makeup too. rjudithI think it greatly depends on demographics as far as Macy's is concerned. Ilive in Westchester County, NY and there is a HUGE difference between theMacy's in White Plains NY and its Stamford CT store (my fave Macy's) and ofcourse the famous Harold Square store in NYC.
