Corporations that profited from the demise of hemp propagated a smear campaign against hemp by claiming that marijuana use was a major drug problem (it was not) and that marijuana use caused people to become extremely violent-- another falsehood. Unfortunately, these false claims went unchallenged and Congress outlawed hemp in 1937. Unfortunately, millions of Americans still believe the lies spread about marijuana/hemp.
PAPER DENIM JEANS : This is my fear with Sevens as well. I certainly don't need any'enhancing' in that area.If you are looking for trendier jeans, try Parasucos w/ stretch. Theycome in all sorts of interesting washes and they have a low-waist thatworks for those of us who are more 'endowed' in the behind. I had minetaken in a bit a the waist to prevent the sitting down problem, and theyare fine.Another brand that fits really well and has lots of trendy andnon-trendy styles is Silver () they areCanadian and so the prices aren't as outrageous as the Sevens (they are$199 at Holt's here in T.O.)I agree. PAPER DENIM JEANS : I know this is an old thread but I've been reading some old posts for a whileand here in New York, EVERYONE has Seven jeans. I definetely think they'll begoing out of style soon. For the price they cost, you don't want to only beable to wear them for two weeks. Miss Sixty's are really great and come in alot of styles. I can tell they're going to be the next big thing. Also, forthose of you with long legs (like two of my good friends), they come in verylong lengths. They're around the same price as Sevens, but if you buy themnow, you'll be ahead of the trend.i don't wear my seven jeans as a trend thing; i got them because they fit mewell. it's hard for me to find great fitting jeans, so when i find a brand ilike, i am loyal. admittedly, i do prefer the levis super low. i also was ahuge fan of the diesel luster jeans a few years back.
