JEANS FOR MEN : I believe in equality for everone, including fashion equality for men and women.Well it depends on one's shape, if you're hipped or have a pronouced S bend it's nota good idea, generally though, jeans are not suited to women's body becasue:1. They haven't enough tapering to countour the hips and waist2. They contour the bottom in such a way as to make it seem larger3. The demin jeans have no drape and this can quite literally kill the female shape4. Women have tummies, men have stomachs, this alters the slope of the jeansThere are a few more lesser important reasons but I'm sleepy , sorryNot really, boobs kind of get in the way of shirts and and bottom and hips in theway of pants. I design for a mens jean line and guys arebuying relaxed and baggy styles, they are the most comfortable to wear. Iused to wear 501 type tight jeans, but honestly by the time I got home mynuts (excuse the language) were choking me literally. It's not good towear jeans that tight, even though the women did not seem to mind. I'mworking on a new fit that's slim around the waist and hips but yet yourcrotch does not get squeezed at all. We'll see what happens. there is amarket for a guy who works out and wants that slim jean feel without theadded pressure if U know what I mean!I've found that most men's pants and jeans are cut fine in the waist andthe hips but the "rise" is way to long...it looks sloppy and your nutshang in all the wrong ways. Stay with a slimmer fitting style in jeans that have shorter rises. Thisis a good idea because men tend to be more active and the shorter riseadds some support....Try adding a bit of lycra.
